BBITs offers four (4) different website design packages (i.e. Starter, Standard, Corporate and Premium Packages) in terms of number of webpages, cost and quality of work for our clients. Kindly find below the list of our website design packages:

The prices include domain name registration and hosting fees for a year (Unless you want to purchase them yourself and we setup for you).

The prices may change depending style, size, dollar rate and functionality features of the website. It takes one (1) to two (2) weeks (even more) to finish designing a website depending on its complexity and availability of information.

Online Payment (e-commerce)

For online payment gateway integration, your company must first provide one of the following documents:

Business Certificate with Form A or Form 3B
Certificate of Incorporation
Certificate of Recognition from the Department of Social Welfare

Note: Softcopies of Ghana Card or Passport and a utility bill (i.e. ECG, Water or DStv) of two (2) registered officers on the Form A or Form 3 form of the business must be attached. Social media handle links (i.e. Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram etc.) must also be provided.

These will enable the service provider to collect some information from you to activate your online payment account. Transactions done online will be sent to your business bank account or Merchant Number at a charge of 1.95% (i.e. 0.0195) - no upfront fees.

Payment is accepted from multiple payment channels including Mobile Money and Visa/Credit Card. International cards are charged and settled in Ghana cedis (GH¢) by default.

Additional Information

ü You are to propose a domain name for your website registration and the login credentials for administrative purposes. The password must contain these characters for security reasons: @!#&%|*!~+-(><)_{:;}/\$?

ü You must provide us with all your social media handle links (i.e. Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Tik-Tok etc.) to enable us integrate them on the website.

ü Pictures, videos and other documents for your website should be sent to e-mail: bbitsolutionz@gmail.com

Orientation/Training

You will dedicate someone to be trained as a Web Administrator who will be updating your website.

Our Payment Terms

Here are our payment plans if you want to move forward with the website project:

ü 70% DEPOSIT due upon acceptance of the proposal before work commences

ü 30% payment at conversion completion

The initial payment enables us to purchase some premium themes and plugins online. We will give out your website cPanel credentials (i.e. Username & Password) after completion provided that there is no balance due.
